Acoustic System

Impressive facility

Designed by famous Scottish architect William Burn in the early 1840’s Stoke Rochford Hall is one of the premier residential conference centres in the UK. This superb Victorian country mansion has recently been renovated after a fire partially burnt down the main hall and Chasewater were able to help with the refurbishment by installing acoustic walls with veneer panels in the conference centre and Portrait Restaurant.

Acoustic System

Flexible training

When the Staffordshire Education Authority specified a complex acoustic moving wall system for their Wilfield Training Centre Chasewater were able to install a unique configuration providing 13 different room sizes within the one project area. The track layout in the ceiling, pictured here, provides the flexibility required to create as many room sizes as possible so that teachers and pupils feel at home in a similar sized room to that they ultimately begin teaching in.
